We were lucky to meet the great man in 2008 shortly after he and his musical partner at the time, Dana Countryman, appeared at the AV Festival in Gateshead. We talked about Jean-Jacques musical backgound and how he and Dana ended up working together. We also got an exclusive when we asked Jean-Jacques to tell us his favourite dessert.
