In the case of iTunes, here’s a step by step guide:
1. Copy the above URL to your clipboard.
2. Open iTunes and go to Advanced > Subscribe to Podcast:
3. Paste the URL you copied above into the pop-up window which opens:

5. If you now go to the Podcasts view in iTunes, you’ll see Project Moonbase is now in the list:
